You can probably do better but not bad. Only a few 03 had MT tranny issue.

Be sure you have a mechanic check it out before you pay.

By the way, now that you mentioned you are female, you are likely to have a bunch of the 20 somethings on here asking for pix, etc. Ignor them; they just have more testosterone than brains or manners.

I don't have a specific list. Most shops have kind of a check list theu run through. Look for any signs of an accident, belts, all fluids.

ppw is an awesome color. I don't get why people see an asking price and automatically say it's a bad deal. in all honesty the car is worth the asking cost, but as said with the economy and sales hurting you could get it down a bit more. try to cut em down to 13k and you have yourself a steal :]

you can negotiate off the price if they're asking. They're not going to hold everyone to that price. Some of the tips and tricks of this is usually they post a "was" price and "is". Also, don't trade in your Z, you won't get anything for it, there are plenty of Z car buffs that'll be interested in your TT.

If you go into the dealership, I suggest going in there and being as nice as possible when dealing with sales people, because honestly, being a jerk really doesn't get you the best deal possible. Sales people can't get annoyed by someone who's nice, do what they do, kill them with kindness.

My suggestion though, bring a friend, doesn't have to be a guy, can be anyone.

Thanks for all the help guys.I got my new z Thursday and loving it.I also was a little leary of the auto but I'm not real good at shifting so for me its seems a lot faster or maybe its just the 350z speed compared to the 300 tt.Only issue was the window on passenger side one good hit and now its working.Dealers were not willing to deal after I got over that now I love the car.

Congrats. Don't worry yourself with what price you COULD have got. You're going to love the Z.

Congrats on the car! I love the PPW with the frost interior. I test drove one exactly like yours the other day, many more miles (70,000) though. I hope you enjoy the car!
