Question Is this too good of a deal to pass up?

Hello everyone I'm new to this forum, I recently sold my SR 240 and have been looking at Z's on the market. One in particular because it's in my price range. The seller is leaving the state and therefore pricing it lower than other listings.

Here is what I know
03' base? Leather
Silver
79k miles
MT
Few scratches on the front and rear bumper
Clean title
He's the 3rd owner since 06'
Replaced driver side window motor recently
Fuel hoses have been replaced
Tires replaced in 07'
ADR wheels

His Ad
http://www.autotrader.com/fyc/vdp.js...standard=false

He's asking $10k (I'm thinking its worth around $8k) He said he can do $9k if he doesn't get $10k offers
But I'm kind of hesitant about the mileage and the number of owners on it. Do you guys think that's fairly priced? I've checked kbb and it's right around there. But I read on here people getting 03' touring 44k for $10 but then again everything HERE is always overpriced. Thanks in advance for any inputs or advices love to hear them! I'm a college student with a little under $10k to work with and saw this AD thought it was perfect.

what is your budget for a car and why have you narrowed it down to the Z? I would not want a car with that mileage and that many owners personally.

it's a buyers market. your money can take you far and get you a pretty nice car - why settle for a high mileage questionable car?

Pics of the car... At this point physical condition matters.

Wheels and tires are likely WORTHLESS... Need more info...
What do the original Nissan service records look like? AT or MT?

Welcome. A well maintained car with 158,000 miles is a better deal than one with 79,000 that is poorly maintained. At 79,000 miles I would hope that OEM items like shocks and wheel bearings have been replaced. If not it will be on your dime soon.
