Question Requesting Feedback (2007 purchase)

2007 Base Model with 6810 miles, in prestine condition. They have 22k plus advertised right now. Not that I would pay that. price What's a good credible offer to begin negotiations at. I was thinking 18k. I also have a 2006 Honda Accord Coupe EX-V6, with Nav, leather, spolier, the works on that model with 66k miles I intend to use as a trade in. KBB trade is around 12k. I use this car primarily as a commuter and I own it out right. Do you think I should also put money down?

Any feedback is appreciated. I'm in no rush. The car has been on the dealers lot (Stevens Creek Nissan, Santa Clara, CA) for 22 days and counting.

Is the Base your first choice?

The base isn't my first choice. But the condition and the low mileage were too hard to pass up on. I'm not ready to pull the trigger on a 370z yet.

Then I would pass. There is no good deal for me on a car that I don't want.

I meant that I'm open to the various trim levels if a deal presents itself
