****Is there anyway to tell the difference between a 2004 and 2004.5? The dealer didn't seem to know, they are not a nissain dealer...****

I would go with less miles. You should be able to check the year by the VIN. Not sure how to read it, but there was a chart on here to tell you how to.

 

I believe the 04.5 will have knee pads.

 

And also the cigarette lighter on the passenger side.
