Default Did i get a good deal?

Ok. after reading some of these threads i havae to wonder....did i get a good deal? I bought my 03 Silverstone, with 72,000miles(performance) in feb 09 for 10,900. It's near mint condition..i bought it from a cop and he said he drove it on the highway back and forth to work. it's a 6MT,and had a stillen TD catback, and every maintinance record from nissian (even all the oil changes, stack like a phone book) still has warranty till dec 09! And clean carfax, and title!I didn't have problems with it at all, since i added Berk test pipes, stillen torque dampener,5/16 iso thermal spacer, and JWT intake ( i bought all the parts for $200!!!!! BTW) a guy needed money really bad. So did i get a good deal?

yep, pretty good deal. a car like that could have sold for maybe 12-13k. though finding one with intensive maintenance records is a rarity, so at least you get the piece of mind with it as well.

enjoy sir

Just because you bought it from a cop doesn't mean it was driven like an old lady. Heard of the recent news of a sheriff's deputy who died while street racing? Yep. But anyhow, you got a great deal. $11k can't even buy you a Yaris

Yes, that is a good deal. Are prices going back up on Zs? I did a Kelly Blue Book on 2004 Enthusiast and it came out to 19400. More than I paid for it...lol However, I didn't check NADA.

I was checking prices for HPDE Track Insurance and you had to put down 90% of the value of the car, Kelly or NADA price. Then value all the mods to the vehicle.

Kelly Blue Books are usually what dealers are going by. Good stuff!
