Default Ordering Car - Is this a good price?

Been to the dealership a few times, and after a few mild sessions of haggling, they agreed to sell the car for $700 above invoice. So, you take a base enthusiast invoice ($26,219), add floormats ($59), destination ($540), and the $700 markup, and the car is sold for $27,518 + TTL.

Anyone on here think I can do better? The dealership is local, and I like the salesman, but if I go to Houston, how much more can I get off the markup? I'm inclined to go ahead and order it, but let me know what you think.

I think that your getting a fair price. Id go where theres snow if I were you. I got my enthuziast for $26,900 brand new in Chicago. But I do think you are getting a reasonable price.

No prob. Talk to John Hymen at North Shore Nissan and tell him you want a good deal just like he gave Tom with the black EnthuZiast. I would call ahead Id hate to send you out there if they are not going to give you a great deal. Dealerships have a funny way of forgeting past customers only when its convenient.
Where are you in Chi Town? Did you go to school there?

I got my Enthusist with a 5 spd auto, mats, splash guards, kick plates...all the add ons...for $28,900. That was $1700 below sticker here in Mississippi. I would think that anything below sticker would be great. Some dealers around here are still trying to stick it to buyers by charging over sticker. Good Luck.

I live out in the burbs. Have lived in the burbs for about 7 years now. Grew up and went to school in Central IL, ISU Redbirds. I am turning 30 this month and think a Z will help me fight the "End of My Depression."

I have been shopping around and found a 03 Redline Performance with Aero, Kicks, Splash, Mats, and only 80 miles for $28000. It seems like this midwestern dealer is trying to clear out the 03s before winter. Seems like a really good deal??

The Z Super22LL got was priced at MSRP, I know because I'm looking at the same type of Z he is.
