Default Pickin up a New (to me) Z

After 6+ years of me and my dad wanting one we have finally found the time to get one and found the car to get!

I drive a G sedan so I am use to the car but this is going to be my Dads summer car. (which I hope to be stealing here and there)

He said he wanted a black Z and wants to get some work done to it, more than happy to help out there. So my mod list goes;
1. Wheels (probably something black with TA strip, he loves that look Maybe Te37s)
2. Drop (S-techs)
3. Front lip, hopefully something CF

Then after all that get into some performance/ noise making mods;
1. Plenum Spacer
2. Stillen Intake
3. HKS exhaust (I hope)

But the car is an black 04' with 66,000kms (41,000) 6mt, non track pack and cloth seats, but I think I will probably find some orange leather ones and toss those in. Comes with some aftermarket wheels that are ugly as sin, not even going to tell you what they are and the stock 18"s The wheels that come with it though are worth some good money so I'll sell those.

They're asking $19,000 Canadian but I plan to go in a little lower than that.

What do you think?

Hey the Z is a badass car. Ive had mine about a month and cant get away from it. But that is alot for a 04 Z. 19000 Canadian is like 17,500 American. Check mine out in my Album.
2004.5 Pikes Peak White, Touring ed. 47,000 miles
I got it for $12,750. The guy i bought it from wanted 15,000 but he was in a bind and i got super lucky. Its on almost brand new cond. I looked for about 3 months before i bought mine. Do some searching on Autos.com, Autotrader.com, and Ebay. You might even look on here under the classifieds. Its only about 600 - 900 bucks to get a car shipped from anywhere in the US. Im sure you can find a better deal then that. This is all in American not Canadian money. But make sure you also get a 2004.5 where they fixed the tire feathering and other problems with the car. Goodluck

Idk anything about canadian stuff, but go to cars.com and compare it to other cars for sale in your area, and you can see if its a good deal or a rip off.

Also before you buy the aftermarket exhaust, listen to the nismo exhaust on youtube, you might like it better.

The market for Zs in Canada is pretty weak. Gs are cheap as hell but the Zs hold their value like crazy. I only really plan on spending about $17, 500 Canadian on the car plus the ugg wheels return maybe 2000-2500 bucks that's a $15,000 Can car

I have been looking pretty intensely,when they get below the 18k mark they seem to have super high kms or the car is totally hacked. I went and looked an 03 that the guy said was mint.... guess what! the leather had rips the bumper looked like it had been resprayed with a rattle can and it had a flat tire lol I was like dude WTF are you wasting my time for.

Anyways, I am still looking as I haven't confirmed everything with the seller, I'm getting them to sell certified and e tested and deliver it to me!

As for the nismo exhaust I will check that out for sure, I just really dig the G coupes HKS hi power, **** sounds sooooo good. I'm assuming the Nismo probably gets you some decent gains to.
