Default 2007 price check

I've been reading through the forum for the past week -- the 100 common questions thread is great!

I've been trying to get a feel for prices -- nissan dealer listing prices versus the opinions here. My sense is that in general dealers are listing their cars at $3 - $4 thousand higher than the consensus here.

Just so I have a good handle on this, I would appreciate your comments and opinions on this listing:

bad link -- changed in post #3

Edmunds prices this car at $25,300 for certified, $23,948 dealer retailed.

Appreciate your insight.

it varies location to location. I can tell you my parents bought a 2007 roaster touring w/o nav, with 50 miles on the damn thing.. about 8 months ago, for 27,000.

if that wasn't a roaster I would feel confident in telling you to get it under the 20k mark, but I am not sure that would be possible.
