That is a touring model and yes you could get a them lower. There's always room to play with the price.

Update: deal fell through, basically firm on the price + taxes + 899$ dealer fee, that's awfully close to a nismo, I walked away.

i like to keep off dealers.
i bought my 08' Z with 24K miles for $18.5K.

That is ridiculous. Any seller tacking on fees like this I advise that you walk away.
