Default good price?

I'm looking for a used 350z. I found one in my area. It's a 2006 Enthusiast with close to 39k miles on it. The dealer is asking 18k for the car. How much do think i get down from this offer? This will be the first car in my name so I'm a bit new to the car buying business. Thanks for the help

You never know until you ask. Dont have your heart set on the car until you are driving it off the lot for the right price. If you act too interested or dead set on that car, the dealer has it, and they will stick to their price. Offer what davidv said, and work from there. if they say they cant go any lower, its not meant to be. However, 39k is very few miles for an 06. So, if the car is what you want, and youre willing to pay 18gs for it, then you just bought yourself a car

Good luck, post pics when/if you buy the Z!!!

Probably only an 8 to 10 hour drive. I've purchased several cars out of state, and it's always a nice adventure.

OP, keep looking especially for a private owner z car. I am sure you will get a better deal & if your going to spend a good chunk of cash might as well spend some time to get the right car at the right price.

I really don't want to rush into a deal, but unfortunately my last car was wrecked so I'm kind of pressed for time. I hate having to depend on other people to get to and from work! Hah. But I'm def not going to pay more just because I need it now
