Instead of asking “Is this a good deal?” there is a better way.

Make a budget
Check KBB.
Visit the seller and make your best offer.

i have a budget saved 15k, but wondering if sounded like good deal. My dad has checked it out for me since currently in Iraq and says mechanically and look wise in good shape, Wondering if pretty good deal or think could find something better

I think 15k would get you a newer one, 04-05.

$15K can get you much better. While this has low miles it is an 03 and pretty expensive for the car. I would wait until something better comes along. It isn't very exciting looking and I can't see anything that really warrants the price. The system might be good, but not THAT good.

While $13.5 is a decent price, I think you could find a newer model with lower mileage if you search around a little more.
