There are so many factors (e.g. time of the month & year, number of cars on the dealers lot, models on the lot, type of financing, etc.) that it's virtually impossible to compare one person's buy with another. No doubt negociating ability plays a part but it is not the only factor.

If price point is your major concern go to at least two dealers at the end of the month & be open to any model/color/extras the dealer(s) has/have on the lot.......and have your loan in hand.

Well, I just called the dealer, and put some money down so the car is coming in Thursday from Indiana. The dealer would not move below $33,200. I was hoping he would do $33,00 but no can do. I'm trading in my my dad's 03 Benz 500 with only 2400 miles and is giving me a good trade in value.

Is that an 2003 S500 Benz, you should be getting $$$ back if it's paid for.

Nah, it's the E500 with the sports package. Sweet car. My sister and I bought the car for my dad. He's wanted it for a very long time. After seven months, he hardly drives it. He said he feels unsafe parking it in public so he wants a regular beater to drive around it. Also, he wants a suv so we might buy him the FX45 or the Tureg.

We shall see.

Damn, sorry to hear that, hope your ok. I would love the roadster.

Actually I wish they came in T-tops. I use to have a 91 300Z and that was an awsome car with the T-tops.

I had an 99 M3, 2000 GS 400 and a CL430, all real nice cars but nothing beat my old 300Z. Not sure why, maybe cause I was in college and those were the best times of my life. Maybe I'm trying to relive my youth. That's probably why I'm going with the new Z
