So the exact model and color i want ( performance , sunset) is only in 2 or 3 places in SoCal that ive seen online. But some of the options i want arent on there and some of the options that are on there i dont want. Will dealerships add these on at the dealership? For example i want the aerodynamic package but none of them have it and i dont want the cargo package with most of them seem to have.
i think the options im looking for are
aero
mats
splash guards
and kick plates
are these things that can be added?

 

Adding options should not be a problem. Items such as the floormats, splash guards and kick plates cost less if you buy them on-line or from Performance Nissan.

 

Dealerships can always add options. They have to order and install the options, so you probably can't just walk in, work out a deal, and drive home in your new Z all in one day, but you can usually add whatever you want (as long as it's a real option).

As far as removing goes, I don't really know about that. I mean, they would have to spend the time to uninstall something and then sell it to you for less. They lose money in both places. If you agree to pay for it, they may be willing to remove it though. (Then they can turn around and sell it to someone else.)

You'd have to speak to a dealer to find out for certain though.

EDIT You can always bring the car home that day, and back another day to get the options installed.
