Default "Evil" finance managers

I ordered lojack ($695) and a car cover ($80) and somehow the total came out to $970. When I asked the finance manager how he got to that total he started to flip through "3" different binders, and finally told me that he made a mistake. He then apologized and gave me a “We Owe” you sheet for $160.
After I calculated the math I noticed that he was still $35 off. So I went back in to talk to him and he corrected the $160 to $165, and then told me the extra $30 was for the 1st month “free” oil change. I told him that my sales rep told me that the 1st oil change was "free", and I already know that the dealership only changes $19.95 for that service. He apologized again and gave me a second free oil change. I finally left $10 short but had enough of his crap.
If it was not a Z I would have told him to F#$% Off!!

I would have thought it was a mistake but my ex worked for tustin and she told me that they did all kind of dumb things like that to her customers and of course she paid for it because the customers fill out a negative csr.

Of course it was late 10pm and we were there for 3 hrs. so it could have been that he as just a dumb @ss or tired...

You wouldn't believe how many people out there actually fall for that crap. There's no law against being stupid and those finance guys will do their best to find out how stupid you are.
