Default chip repair?

i have 3 chips that are deep on my super black 350z.
they are all small. the size of the head of a pin. although
small they are obvious to me on my black car. they are all
deep enough thet i see white. i just got the the stick pen
paint applicator from courtesty nissan. it has the paint color
on one end and clear coat on the other.
my question is what is the best way to apply it. they are so small i don't want to make it worse. i need help from the pro's.
thanks,
tom

This might help, ignore the part about buying the touch up paint since you already have that.

Default good info

But if the chips are really small I would apply the paint with the tip of a tooth pic, less chance for over doing it. I would apply the paint to the highest area of the chip and gravity will do the rest.

If you don't have the clear bra, don't worry about chip repair as this will quickly become a fulltime obsession, chips will continue to appear.

Man, I got a big one right between the license indentations, and it's almost as big as one of those.
