Car Wash Safe?
Has anyone taken their Z through a automatic, touch free (of course) car wash?
I'm afraid the 4.9 inch ground clearance and the wide tires wont make it. I know that these washes aren't that great, but every ONCE in a while when in a hurry I used to take the Maxima through and it still looked okay after 2 1/2 years.

I just bought a brickyard z. I am wierd about car washes, but can say that I have no problem with an automatic car wash if it is brushless---in other words, everything is spray on. And then I haul butt to get past the jet blow dryer--it can damage a car...I'd rather have a few spots then dents. Anyone disagree? Let me know because I am open to learning.

I have only taken my car to a TOUCHLESS carwash once and that was yesterday. I inspected the car carefully afterward and there was no problem. I was worried that it would not clear the one ramp but it was fine. It's hard to wash your car and then towel dry it outside when the temperature is -4 degrees celsius and that is why I took my car to a touchless car wash where it could be blow dry afterward so the water would not freeze. I had some reservations initially but really don't see why it would be a problem even with the clear bra on.
