Default removing wax from nooks/crannies

I recently had the bumper and hood repainte don my Z. The painter then polished the parts that were painted, and I have caked wax in some areas around the edges of the hood, headlights, grill, Z emblem on the front fender. How do I get this off the metal and plastic?

Lots of lube and claybar should do the trick. Do not claybar rubber though!

It also depends how long the wax has been there, nonetheless, try the claybar, GL!

Also the last tip, take your time the next time you wax, and avoid those areas.

Q-tips. Soft toothpick. I've used both to get stuff out of tight spaces. Gotta be careful about scratches though.

Seems the painter was quite sloppy with his buffer sling, that white stuff is compound and polish, probably not wax and the longer you leave it the harder it is to get off. You may have to use some rubbing alcohol to remove it with Q tips, or there are lots of soft brushes at our local WalMarts in the car wax section that can help........

See you at the 350Z Attack show on Saturday in Nashville BTW........

he was real sloppy...I took a toothpick and got most of it out around the headlights, and Z emblem. What would I use as a lubricant for removing the compound.
