Does anyone know how to remove the haze from the headlights? It upsets me that our headlights cost over 900.00 new from the factory and they haze over like a cheap civic. My car is about 3 yrs old and the headlights are starting to get opaque and hazy (WTF).
mind explaining whether the haze is due to moisture or due to scratches and letting the car sit in the sun for 3 yrs?
If the problem is on the outside, buy some 2000 grit sand paper and wetsand it. Follow up with some plastic polish. You might want to consider buying a porter cable orbital buffer for this because it takes a lot of elbow grease to polish plastic back to a new shine. I like to use turtle polish, this green/white tub of polish from pepboys, follow up with Meguiar's Scratch X. Hope that helps.

So just adding the Meguiar's Scratch X won't help? w/o wet sanding?
Sorry i forgot if it was just Meguiar's Scratch X, or some meguiar's plastic polish X, the bottle is white, the graphics are black. It does help if u apply the polish only, but to get it brand spankin new, wetsanding is needed because it helps to even out some rock chips too.

Menzerna Intensive followed by Menzerna Final II, both applied by Porter-Cable w/ white pad worked really well for me. It did not remove the chips, needless to say, but the lenses polished up beautifully. Hope this helps.
