I need to clean the headliner in my 350Z. What can I use to do this?

 

I used a 10:1 Water:Woolite solution sprayed on a terry cloth and rubbed gently. The grease mark came off and left no spots.

 

so its just water and woolite no prep, just wet the cloth and go?

 

yes, dont spray the liner . . .I think that would leave a water ring.

You can move up to a 7:1 solution if the 10:1 does not work.

Headliners are funny cause its easy to make them look worse by trying to clean them.

 

I wiped some spots of something off of mine with just a damp cloth. Seemed to work fine. Guess it depends on what the stain consists of.

 

when I got my used '03, the guy had smoked like a chimney, the bastard!

I used this twin-tubed Oxy-type cleaner that came with the two tubes next to eachother with a sprayer attached to the two of them. Home depot had it.

It worked AWESOME. Sprayed it all over and whiped with a moist terry cloth towel.
