I notice that you live in the SFV. Can you please tell me what car wash did that so I know to stay away from them? Thanks and good luck with solving your problem.

I'm not saying the car wash is bad, i mean overall they wash the car itself pretty good in my opinion. They even clean my HKS exhaust. I'll just clean the wheels myself or let the detail guy know beforehand. But it's the 76 gas station/car wash on Ventura Blvd. in Woodland Hills. It's actually near the Starbucks where the meet for the Santa Barbara run is going to be. Like i said before, a lot of fixed up high-end luxury/sports cars go there, so i assumed they knew what they were doing, plus i've been going there for the past couple of years. If anyone lives in the Valencia area, the car wash to really avoid is the one across the mall on McBean Pkwy, they really suck. I took my other car there once for just a car wash & they did an awful job. Never went back there since....but anyways, thanks guys....i'll keep you posted when the wheels are done. i'll try to get some before/after pics.

I did the same thing with my racing harts I had before, NEVER use wheel wax on the polished finish.. it will ruin them for good and cannot be fixed. You actually use regular car wax on the wheels and this will be harmless.
