Door drain holes. Cleaning suggestions?

Door drain holes. Cleaning suggestions?
For cleaning the door drain holes, I use bug and tar remover and a toothbrush. The results are OK, but not perfect. Do you have any suggestions how I might improve the look of the inside bottom of the door? Thanks.
