Default greasy marks..

I let my friend remove some polish off the hood..need less to say he sucked at it. I noticed later that he left swirlies from the polish and i think it dried on and it isn't comming off w/ my microfibre towels. Best way to approach this? It was Mcguiers..(butchered that one).. stage 2 polish. the one right before the carnuba wax.

Usually, you can use the same product that's on there to remove it. The solvents mixed into it can soften and allow you to remove dried waxes.

If that doesn't work, try some detailing spray. Again, the solvents may help to dissolve what's dry.

Dawn dish washing detergent ought to remove any polish so you can start over again correctly.
