I just picked up some 303 Aerospace Protectant at a local store. I used in on all the plastic and the car and was very happy with the results. The bottle says that it can be used on automotive leather as well. Just curious if anyone uses this on their leather. I have factory leather seats.

 

I don't think its for leather if so, just a cleaner. Better off getting Meguiars leather cleaner or Zaino leather cleaner.

 

No, I wouldn't use 303 Aero on leather. 303 is for plastics, vinyl and other "synthetics". Leather, being a natural material is best cleaned and conditioned with products made specifically for it.

Two things to keep in mind - 1) most leather seats only have leather on the seating surface. All the sides and back are usually simulated leather (vinyl). You can use 303 on those pieces without any problems. 2) you can use 303 on coated leather but how do you know if it "coated" or not?
