I'd wait 3-4 weeks before applying any waxes or sealants. Of course, your best bet might be to go back and ask whoever painted your car for their recommendations.

The body shop will tell you to wait at least 30 days before you put any kind of wax on it but I have heard that Zaino is safe to use on fresh paint.

Don't confuse "fresh paint" with "new car". Everybody agrees that Zaino, NXT, etc. are safe to use on new cars because the paint has been heat cured at the factory. By the time it arrives at your dealer, it has long been cured and can be waxed immediately.

If you just got all or part of your car painted, go with the body shop recommendation.

Ok I found the thread and according to Sal, he says at least 2 weeks after bodywork.
