WhirlyWash rotating car wash brush
Simoniz Car Wash brush
anyone have experience with them? thx.

Personally, I wouldn't put either one of them near the surface of my paint. The WhirlyWash web site describes it as containing nylon bristles. That's an invitation to swirl marks. I suspect the Simoniz isn't any better.

The recommended tools for washing are either a cotton chenille or lambs wool mitt. Brushes are for wheels and tires.

My mom buys stuff like that when she sees it on TV.

I washed my car at her house and tried it once. I had soap and water running down my arms. For small spaces, its useless. I put the spinning brush in the shed and have never touched it again.

Its junk, no way that should be near a car's paint. Wash the correct way by hand and a good wash mitt and quality car wash or don't ever wash at all...

I watch my companies lot attendents wash/prep new cars for delivery using those things and I cringe.
