Let the sparks fly! I've been here for a while and read posts on Zanio and NXT along with people's opinions. I've never tried Zanio, I just can't justify spending that much for something I have to do so many coats of. I'm a die hard NXT user and I own a Super Black Z. I figure this is the time of year most will start detailing their cars and asking the question on which is better anyway. Let's see how the poll comes out!
LET'S SEE SOME PICS IN YOUR POSTS TO BACK UP YOUR OPINIONS! EVERYONE LOVES TO SHOW OFF THEIR "JUST WAXED" Z.

You guys should give Klasse a try. I use both the sealant glaze and the all-in-one products, then finish with a good carnauba wax. The result is a glass finish with protection that will last 6 months.
i used to use nxt, i just zaino'd my car this weekend. i couldnt be happier w/ the results, it's truly amazing. althoug i have a ppw it gleams like never before. i also didnt want to spend the extra money. but im glad i did, as i will not turn back now, this stuff is badazz, PERIOD! get some and see why everyone raves about it, you'll be a believer also.
You already know you got the most difficult color to keep up. I love black, but it can be a swirling nightmare. I never tried or heard of Klasse. I had used Macguires carnuba yellow paste, and other Mac products such as glaze with good results lasting up to 3 months. I also used thier pink clear coat paste wax, it is nice in colder weather, it sets above 40 degrees, but only lasts a month.
I finally got Zaino for my last car, a Chevy SSR in blue/green. I don't need to hear about the truck, it didn't work for me, was too heavy, had some real cheap components and lost it's value fasting than China stole, faster than Bush, oh lets just say really fast.
The Zaino is a pain in the azz at least the first application, but it is worth it. It looks like a show car. The only great thing about the chevy was the paint and the zaino made it look like it was under a half an inch of water. I see the Z paint follows the American versus Euro model, poor. I have lots of orange peel, but it still looks great. I did the zaino on the Z 2 days ago and it is amazing, yet again. It lasts several months. After using it a couple times I think any good prep has to include a clay bar. I thought it sounded wierd, I kinda still do, but you cannot deny the results. All water stains and spots are removed. Just be careful to keep the bar clean and soapy during the procedure. In total my Z was washed, clay barred, washed, and polished in about 3 hours with a few little breaks. It is the deepest shine I have seen having used several products.

I like the NXT
When i detail the Z, I usually use menzerna polish followed by Klasse AIO, with NXT on top of that and S100 on top of it all, all applied with a porter cable(except s100)
This combo leaves my car lookin amazing and keeps the water beading for months

wtf are you talking about? multiple coats? yes it gets better and better with more coats. i guarantee you though that just one coat of zaino Z2 with ZFX mixed is far superior in shine and protection compared to nxt or any other wax. you use Z5 if you want to remove minor swirls. you use Z6 spray for that extra enhanced show car show room shine. price? puhlees!!! if you cant afford $35 to protect and beautify your 20k + investment then you need to sell your Z. oh, $35 worth of Zaino will last you a year at least if you know how to apply it correctly. this stuff is so good, you only need a little more then a cap full to do a Z completely. nothing against nxt, im sure its one of the better off the shelf waxes but once you go Zaino, you never go back. oh one more thing, not only does Zaino go on easily, it wipes off just as easy, no electric polisher needed. just a tiny bit of elbow grease.

looks good, but Zaino will make it absolutely disgustingly good.

I am ordering my Zaino products in two weeks to prepare for my Z's arrival. I'm a huge NXT fan, but want to see what all this Zaino fuss is about
Being an Autopian from way back, I always used the Klasse Twins topped with Pinnacle Souveran. The Perfect Shine technique. (Very Good)
Then I tried the Wolfgangs...Not Bad.
I have used, Zymol the dear one and Swissol.
Finally I had to see what all the fuss was about.
I got hosed Shipping The Zaino to a mate in CA, then on shipped it to OZ.
But I have to tell you, it was worth it.
Zaino outlasts everything. With ZFX first coat is no different from others.
I just put ZFX drops in Z5 as first and then the First Z2 coat.
The New Z8 is amazing. No need for multiple coats anymore.
1. Z5 with Zfx
2. Z2 with ZFX
Then Just spray and wipe with Z8.
If you are budget conscience, use Z6 most of the time to maitain and Z8 on special occassions.
Zaino is no more work. Gee dripping a couple of drops into a bottle and shaking for a minute is REAL hard.
I have thought about topping Z with Pinnalce Souveran, but then you have to keep doing it, I think Z8 is easier and you can always do another Z2 at anystage.
So for now, No carnauba. As it has to be constantly topped up anyway.
Zaino Rocks.

That Z8 just blew me away.
I used to think that the Z6 was the sh*t, but then i went ahead and bought some Z8......WOW
Give it a try, you will be VERY happy you did.
Zaino all the way for me.
Great product, plus the shine/finish is unbeatable.
Some go the whole clay bar route, but since my car is brand new, I did the intial dishwashing soap wash, and so far have about 4 coats on the Z.
I'll keep adding more coats of Zaino till about early June.
Also, the other Zaino products totally rock too!!
The leather conditioner, window cleaner, car wash are all great.
You pay more $$ for this stuff, but in the end, it's worth it and it shows!!
