Wheel Tarnish
Wash with regular car soap. If that doesn't remove it all, try using a claybar. If that doesn't remove the rest, you'll probably need to try some sort of mildly abrasive polish like the 3M Swirl Mark Remover.
Once you have them cleaned, make sure you put a good wax/polish on them. That will help future washings get all of the dust off so you won't have to go through the claybar/polish again.

wash your wheels regularly... and switch to non-dusting or low-dusting brake pads! OEM nissan pads dust so bad, it pissses me off that i didnt research it more before i bought them.
