Not sure if it willl work on your stains, but I removed some from my Vette windows using toothpaste and a small sponge.

Just would to update everyone. I use the "One Grand Paste Glass Cleaner" last night on my front windshield, it take me 4 hours, but it was worth it. The windshield has no spots and now I can see out of it.
