So I'm currently deployed and my car has been sitting collecting a nice layer of dust in my garage. I've been reading and hearing great results from members using Zaino products. I have an '03 Super Black Touring, leather interior. I'm considering on getting the Zaino Ultimate Protection Show Car Kit; http://www.zainostore.com/Merchant2/...ory_Code=Zaino, with a bottle of Z-8 Grand Finale Spray Seal; http://www.zainostore.com/Merchant2/...ory_Code=Zaino. Any suggestions or product I might want to stay away from?
Robert_K,
First I just want to say thanks for what you are doing over in Iraq. You and everyone else over there rock.
Second, You can't beat Zaino's products. I have a SB also and absolutly love thier stuff. Make sure you get the Z-8. It is absolutly awsome. I always finish my Zaino's day with a coat of Z-8. It really makes the SB pop. You will not be dissapointed. There products last a long time. and bounce back to a beautiful shine after just a wash and quick blast of Z-8. So with that said, get the kit and a bottle of Z-8. You can use the cheaper Z-6 between coats of polish.
Thanks again man, and stay safe.

Zaino doesn't remove swirl mark, at least the Z-5 product doesn't. It hides swirl marks. The Z-PC product is used to remove them. It's a very mild abrasive that takes the swirls out. You could also use 3M's Swirl Mark Remover.
If you have minor swirling, I'd recommend starting with a couple (2 or 3) layers of Z-5 to minimize the appearance of them. After that, you can put an occasional layer of Z-2 to build up the protective coat. Every few months, put a coat or two of Z-5 again to help keep the swirls down.
