WOW, I just discovered that I have a leaf blower (dad?) sitting around.
It is a "weed eater" brand gas powered blower/vac. I can't seem to find the extensions, but I bet you don't need those anyway??

Leaf blower method rocks! But DON'T USE GAS!! Use electric. Gas/oil vapor gets spewed out and onto your car otherwise. I have a TORO.
You can't just use a leaf blower cause it will take too damn long. I use the CA blade first to quickly get the large pools off the car. Then I break out the blower. Make sure the surrounding area is clean/clear first. If its dirty or dusty, it will fly up and land on your car. I clean the underbody of my car with my hose, so that usually does the trick.
Start with the wheels first. Make sure you get the water our of the nut wells. After I'm done with the wheels I start with the top of my car. I always aim towards the front of the car. Probably cause the way its parked when I wash it. First blow the water down off the windows. Then I start with the back of my car and blow everything forward and down. I do a panel at a time. You will get the hang of it and learn tricks as you go along to get water out of every crevase. I dont know how it is on the Z, but on my G35, water likes to hang out in the mirrors and the front grill. You have to make several passes until its completely dry.
And wear ear plugs
