Here's my car before (not SB but you get the idea):
Hey, great work! I have the same problem with my PPW. Are these the proper steps in getting rid of swirl marks? Also, where did you purchase your OP & PB products? Do you recommend these over Zaino?
  1. Wash car with Meg. GC wash
  2. Clay bar
  3. Use PC + orange cutting pad as an applicator for Optimum polish
  4. Buff off with microfiber
  5. Use PC + gray finishing pad as an applicator for PB EX-P sealant
  6. Buff off with microfiber
  7. Use PC to apply Meg. #16
  8. Buff off with microfiber

I got some of my stuff from autogeek.net and some of it from properautocare.com. Those steps sound like they should work. Always start w/ the least abrasive pad and polish/compound and work your way up if it doesn't work. I was able to get my swirls out w/ just the Optimum Polish and a white polishing pad. I haven't even opened my orange pads yet, or the Optimum Compound.

Humm, I just realized something. Is there a need for EX-P sealant if I'm using #16 after OP?

If #16 is a sealant than I wouldn't think you'd need the EX-P, but I'm not sure what EX-P is. I use Meg's #21, so I'm guessing that #16 is just a different sealant?
