Default suffer blemishes or repaint?

I have three small (maybe 1-8 in. dia.) medium brown blemishes under the paint midway down the left-hand side of the back door. The dealer has offered to repaint the door, but I'm afraid I'll wind up with a large off-color door instead of three tiny blemishes.

The salesman says their body shop paints to "original" specs. The service mgr. says he wouldn't recommend repainting because it will not be exactly the same as the original, which is what I'm afraid of. Any comments/suggestions/personal experience in this area?

Thanks,

cal

My Z also has a few blemishes under the clear coat. One is a run in the paint below the driver door handle. The other is above the passenger door handle, looks like paint gun clogged then spit.I am personaly going to live with it.I don't want to explain in a couple of years when I sell the Z that "NO THIS CAR HAS NEVER BEEN WRECKED".
