Removing Scratches in Window?
The other day I managed to lock my keys in my car (put them in the hatch and closed it). I called a local locksmith, who was unable to get it unlocked, but did manage to make two inch long scratches in the outside of my passenger window with his metal tool. Is there anything I can do to "fill" the scratches or otherwise make them less visible?
I've never tried it personally, but I organised a Meguiar's training night a few months ago for one of my Z clubs and the training manager there suggested using Scratch X to fill in small scratches on side windows. It may or maynot help. If not try something like Prestone or Rainex to remove the Scratch X. Good luck anyway.
Or have up the lock company for damaging your windows.
