Can't speak for the spray wax, but I used to use the NXT wax and the Speed Detailer spray, it looks very nice. However, it doesn't last long at all. Switched to Zaino, same great shine, lasts longer, no brainer, just get the Zaino.

I use the Meguiars quick detail, but the spray wax I found to be to sloppy to work with on Black. One of the best products for black cars>>>>http://www.ibiz-inc.com/store.htm, My uncle is a professional detailer and he put me on to it. I love it It lasts for quite a while also.

Since you guys are in the states, I HAVE to recommend you guys to Duragloss' line of products.

Wicked flat shipping for people in the states, super cheap, and arguably one of the best spray waxes on the market. Check out autopia, you'll hear nothing but great reviews for Duragloss Aquawax. ~2+ months of durability, easy-on, easy-off.

Do a little research on autopia!

I didnt like the spray wax. It wouldnt come off my car, i guess I left it on there too long (maybe 10 minutes). i tried zaino after that, and b/c of the ease of removal, i'm never going back.

A decent Meguiar's or Mothers cloth of something similar. I use lots of the Meguiars microfibre cloths. Always pays to wash them frequently to keep them clean of grime.

The problem is most likly in the technique. It is not a WOWO (Wipe On, Wipe Off.) Product. you need to spray it in to a applicator pad. then apply it to the finsh. then let it hase, and wipe off. You can do the whole car in like 10 min. Works great. If you want a WOWO then use something like the quick detailer spray.

I spent 10 hours on Saturday grooming my Z for the Concourse show I competed in on Sunday. Used all the Meguiars NXT range (hehe, not so many options in NZ), looked stunning when finished. When we arrived at the Concourse on Sunday morning, went over again with Meguiar's NXT quick detailer. Came up absolutely stunning. Guess it must have looked good, as I won my class. As always good application goes a long way, and as one of the other guys says, make sure the car is completely dry before applying quick detailer, and also be aware that it's not designed to be used on plastic, ie lights!

It's designed more as a booster product. Did you already have a good coat of wax on your car before you used the spray on product?

Used it my team mate's black Z a couple months ago at a local show. It was extremely difficult to remove. It also gets stuck in tiny creases and crevices of the car, making it extremely hard to remove. Not worth it IMO.

Me neither, i tried it and i couldnt get it off for the life off me, i had to go get a buffer to get it off which basicly it defeated the whole purpose since i was using fiber cloths to not get buffer swirls on the paint.

Couple more lil tips. It should only be used on cool/cold paint and is best sprayed onto a soft high quality car cleaning towel or microfibre towel and evenly onto the paint, then you don't get any overspray where you don't want it.

I have had trouble in the past removing spray waxes and it turned out to be my technique that was the problem. you hwant the product the haze and pass a swipe test. If you leave it on there for a long time (30min+) before removing you can run in to real removal problems. Most cases you only need to wait 10 - 15 min.

+ 1 almost. But I'd say less than 5 mins, it dries quickly, once dry is fine for the excess to be wiped off.

I tried it before. The spray method was nice when applying and it was easy to take off. My only issue with it is that it doesn't seem to last too long and the layer is a bit thin.

Well as a spray wax it acts as a booster for the wax already on the car. You first need to apply your wax of choice then use a spray wax as needed to refresh the look of the wax already on the car. If you dont already have wax on your car and you use a spray wax I feel you will be disapointed.

+ 1 I'd say definitely.
