Default Where to buy CD-2 Engine Detailer?

As the title says, where can I buy CD-2 Engine Detailer? I searched Google and browsed various car/detailing forums, and it seems like CD-2 is the most frequently suggested engine detailer. Many people mentioned Autozone should carry it, but when I called around to about 4 local Autozones they said they don't carry it.

So instead of buying it online, is there another option I have? Do places like K-Mart, Walmart, Target have it? My local Kragen and Pep-Boys don't have them. TIA.

most auto stores carry that. Autozone is like the ghetto of parts stores, that is probably why they didnt have it. Either that or the guys that answered the phone when you called could not read the can when they looked.

I live in Walnut. I haven't really been to Best Buy lately (maybe like 2 months ago), but in any case I don't take two spots to park. That's just calling unnecessary attention, and an invitation to get your car keyed by "haters".

I checked Kragen and Pep Boys locally, and neither of them carried it. Autozone is what was suggested on other car forums (yes, of course I searched ). But I called local Autozones and they were actually willing to check. A couple of them said they used to carry it, but they have a new product now instead of the CD-2 Engine Detailer, but it's a different brand. They still carry other CD-2 brand stuff however.

Do you know for a fact that most places carry it? If so, can you tell me where you found it in stock? Appreciate your reply.

Have you tried calling super autobacs in Stanton? They seem to have a pretty good selection of cleaning/detailing products.

No I haven't. I'll give them a call and see if they have it after work. Thanks for the suggestion.

Thanks. Let me know if they have it. My local Pep Boys didn't. But I don't know about driving all the way down to SD.

Sorry, thanks for the info David. But actually I was trying to find it locally. If you read my original post, I asked if there was an alternative to buying it online. Otherwise I can always buy it on amazon.com

But if you know of LOCAL places that would be better.

Question: does it make your engine bay all sticky or make it attract more dust?

One issue I have with dressing the engine bay is that right now it isn't that bad since I haven't ever used any product on it. Will adding any kind of dressing (be it CD-2 or Meguiar's) make it attract dust?
