Well, the DF Towels website has two videos that demonstrate those two subjects. One is a free video you can watch online. They other is a for-sale video.

I've watched the free video - How to Safely Wash Your Car Without Inducing Scratches or Swirls. It's a really good and informative video. It teaches a lot of methods preached by Autopia and the detailing pros.

I haven't had a chance to purchase or view the other video - How To Remove Swirls Using the Porter Cable Dual Action Polisher, but if it's anything like Mike's other video it should be pretty good.
