Default Car cover and fine scratches

I have the covercraft NOAH car cover and was wondering if it could scratch my car. I have been putting it on my car every night since I bought the car. Today in the right reflection I can see fine scratches that I've never seen before. Is it possible that the cover did this by putting it on every night. I don't think it is washing or polishing, because I use 100% cotton made in USA towels, microfiber big towel, microfiber wash mitt, microfiber detailing rags, and california car duster. Nothing else touches the car besides the car cover. Also I have never noticed these fine scratches before. I used zaino z-2(4 thin coats) as polish and no wax. I am thinking about getting z-5 to see if it helps. Any thoughts on the cover or other possible cause of these scratches?

It 's very possible that the cover is the cause. I assume you dust before putting on the cover. How dirty is the cover? Washed it yet? No guarantee the duster isn't doing it either.

Z-5 will help remove those fine scratches. DB will show defects more.

I dust before putting on the cover. I am going to wash the cover this weekend. It needs to be hand washed or taken to a laundry mat due to it's size.

I'd go the laundry-mat and use the king size washer. That's what I do. Then take it home and hang to dry. Don't forget to use the recommended washing liquid....Fantastic so it stays waterproof.

I haven't washed my Noah yet because it's mainly used while the car is in the garage. I'm hoping that washing it will soften the fabric. It's much stiffer then the poly/cotton type.

I think I'm going to get a big tub from Walmart and fantastik, then wash it. It could be the duster. I just got it a week ago and started noticing scratches today. It claims it won't scratch though.
