Question How long does a bottle of Z-7 car wash last?

I've only washed it about 6-7 times with one bottle and it's just about done. Is that about right? or am I using too much of a concentration?

I've washed it 5 times now and it's not even a quarter gone.

I just use 3 capfuls per bucket, not "per gallon" as it says on the instructions (b/c I couldn't measure that anyway, so I just eyeball it). It gets so sudsy that it works fine. But my Z is never filthy to begin with - so maybe my lower concentration is effective for me but wouldn't be for you.

p.s. I'm assuming we have the same size bottle? I'm not at home so I can't check the ounces, but it's just a normal bottle and must be at least 36 ounces (if a coke can is 12?).

I only use 3 capfuls to a bucket and it goes a long ways. 5 washes is probably 1/4 or less of a bottle.

I only use 2 gallons to wash my car. I put 5.5 capfulls of Z-7 into that mix.

The Z-7 wash comes in a 16oz bottle.

I use a small "splash" in every bucketful (I've never really measured) and it makes plenty of suds. Like Iris, my car is never REALLY dirty so it works fine. I've washed with it probably 10 times and my wife even used some on her Jeep and I still have half a bottle left. So Afro, I would say you may be using a little more than you need.

And remember, it's great straight up or on the rocks!

Hey guys, my hobby is selling Zaino, but PLEASE - you're using WAY too much Z-7!

One capful per bucket is plenty. The next time you wash your car, when you are finished, Hit the bucket with a strong jet of water and watch how much suds you make (can you say Miami beach dance club??)

Here are a couple of hints to use even less Z-7:

1) Use TWO buckets. One has Z-7 and water, the other has plain water. Your wash cloth goes in the PLAIN water first, is rinsed thorougly, wrung out, and THEN goes into the Z-7. Your plain water will get dirty fast, so change it often. If you do this, you need just a small bucket of Z-7, and it won't get dirty.

2) Use just a bucket of clean water to rinse your wash cloths as in #1. Instead of a bucket of water with Z-7, use an empty Z-6 bottle. Put a capful of Z-7 in it, and fill with water. Spray this directly on to your car, then agitate with your wash cloth. You'll use even less Z-7, and you will NEVER touch the car with dirty water.

Now that you're using a lot less Z-7, try using it as a dessert topping, or a hand cream, or a hair styling gel, or an ink-jet cartridge ink, or....
