I like deezz said kept my wheels on during the winter because I don't have another set. They are chrome seemed to have gotten scummed up. On the lip of only the front wheel there are little black dots all over it. I can't take a picture because my camera won't upload. I have tried getting the spots/blotches off but i can't seem to get them off. Any recommendations.
