Take it to a carpet cleaner and they should be able to get it all nice and clean again. That or some elbow grease and a shop vac would do the trick, and then a couple nice air fresheners.

well first you need to remove all chunky and other excess debree, buy one of those simple carpet/ upholstery foam spray cleaners (usually have something to crub wih on the cap) like that "red" one from turtle wax (works great)...... and then febreeze the **** out of it and anything near it. worked great in my mom's tahoe shouldnt cost yo more than about 10 bucks.

I drove my friend home a couple weeks back when he was trashed and basically told him, just make sure to let me know if i need to pull over. We didnt get 3 blocks from the bar before i had to pull over. And pulled over again another 3 blocks down the road. lol

but no puke in my car or i'd of thrown him out the car on the freeway lol

If the detail doesnt work, I would pull the carpet out and toss the padding at least from the affected area and replace with new padding.

If you can find a Bissell "Little Green" wet vac, you could use that on the carpet / floor mats. I think it would get rid of any lingering smell. That thing works great. It's fairly small and the hose is kinda short but you can work one side of the car at a time with it.
