Zaino Z-5 Pro vs. Klasse Sealant Glaze
Being an owner of a black z I am looking to put the axe to my swirls.
They arent terrible, but annoying, and I notice them.
I am not ready to go the polish and porter cable route yet
In reviewing some products I am very interested in Zaino Z-5 and Klasse's High Gloss Sealant Glaze.
My Question:
Do these products do the same thing? If not, can the sealant glaze be used on top of the Z-5. Then a final layer of wax.
I am looking to fill my minor swirls and seal them up for good.
Any input would be nice.

Check it out. Everyone has different ways of doing it, but all the cars look great.

Klasse is not a swirl remover. Even when i use it with a porter cable.
You have to get an abrasive polish to get out swirls and honestly, the best way is with a porter cable. Your hand can never do what a machine can plus it's almost idiot proof.
I love klasse AIO, don't get me wrong what it what it is, a sealant. If you do use it, make sure to use wax the next day. Give it 24 hours to cure. You can fill very very minor swirls but never all and can't seal them in for good. The only way is to take it out permanantly. If you just fill them it, a couple of car washes will bring it right back out.
If you lived closer, i would do it for pretty cheap. I own a super black too.

Thanks for the replies (the purposeful ones lol). I think Im going to just try z5 and then z2 on one panel as an experiement and see how long it holds up. Keep it coming.
I agree with the post above - there is no substitute for using the PC machine on your car when it's black and in the condition yours is in. I did everything you're about to do and it simply didn't work on my black Audi.
Spare yourself the time and frustration and get the PC7424, some good pads and spend 3 hours on the car. It'll look better than when it left the factory.
Zaino products (I found) were difficult to use, overpriced and usually yielded no benefit/better results over products half the price that were more readily available.
If you follow these steps, I guarantee the car will look new (this is what I use, but you can use other polishes/glaze/wax/sealers):
1. wash/dry
2. PC applied Menzerna Final Polish 2
3. PC applied Menzerna Finishing Touch Glaze
4. PC applied Menzerna FMJ
I remove each step by hand.
Do this and you'll be thanking me later.

Basic breakdown on pads (Lake County pads):
-Yellow - Aggressive (hard polishing)
-Orange - Multi-Purpose (again, hard -not mild)
-White - Applicator (apply mild polish, glaze and waxes)
-Black - Glaze (mild and can be used to remove glaze or non-abbrassive polish)
-Red - Finishing for final waxing, etc. Final removal pad.
-Get the 7424 with the backing plate and 6" counterbalance.
FMJ is considered a final sealant, so I personally do not apply anything after the FMJ application.
I use a relatively low speed on my 7424 - usually 200rpm lower than the recommended speed listed on the product specs (Menzerna products have recommended speed specs on their products...I think - I could be wrong-I'd have to check at home, but it's about 900-1100rpm???...don't quote me on the speed). I take my time with it...it's really worth it.
