With all bird droppings you have to be careful because they can be acidic and eat in to the glass or clear coat. I recommend cleaning it ASAP and try to avoid the sun in the mean time. To clean both areas I would spray a pre-wash degreaser like the Poorboy's World Bug Squash (there should be something similar available locally if needed). Soak the affected areas for about 1 - 2 minutes and then wash the area with a paint safe mitt or sponge. Re-apply the degreaser as much as needed until the droppings are gone. A 50/50 mix of rubbing alcohol and water may also work if you need an alternative.

After you have removed the dropping, hopefully there will be no sign of any damage. To check I recommend putting the car under florescent lighting or direct sunlight on the affected area. If you see a light etching then it's most likely the bird droppings dissolved a small layer of clear coat. To get rid of these marks on glass I recommend the Glass Scrub. This formula will help release contaminates from the glass and deep clean the micro-pores. If you see etchings on the paint you may need apply at least a light finishing polish and possibly a medium cutting polish. Polishes will help buff the paint so it looks and feels smooth again. I typically recommend the Menzerna Final Polish II for a light polish and the Menzerna Intensive Polish for a medium polish. Locally you may be able to find Scratch X or some of 3M's polishes. Good luck and let me know if I can help you any further.

^^Sound like the man knows his shyt!

I had a an issue with dropping on the fuel lid which I caught within 24 hours. I used degreaser, bug wash, etc... I ended up using a ulta fine rubbing compound which finally removed it.

With all due respect to Greg, before you try any of that, just use Mother's Showtime Detailing spray that comes with the clay bar. Let it soak into the stains for a little while, and it'll wipe right off. This happened to me before with my Maxima, and it was a period of 5 days, longer than you.
