Any time. That 3 month rule is an OLD wives tale. Not necessary on today's cars paint.
Malms carnauba was listed as #37 out of the 46 waxes/sealants in the Guru report which is considered by many as the definitive study on these products.

All of todays paint is fully cured by the time the car leaves the factory. They use ovens and special lighting to cure the paint.
