My vote is for catching the little ********** and suing the hell out of his family for damages. That'd do a lot more to him than you ripping his pathetically small ********* off. Getting new paint at the expense of his parents will still result in the desired effect: the little ****'s father will probably kick the hell out of the kid.

make the car very available, and hide it from vision, so he knows it there, but he can do his business free from others vision, except yours of course. just slip in like a side gate or something, and be at the car. make it easier, than go to his dad and start threatening lawsuits. or just give him a record.
