Default Detailed the Z (pics)

Detailed the Z about a week ago and hadn't driven it until our mini-Z meet this past Saturday night. Of course it rained later that night. A couple of these pics are from our meet, then I took a few the next day of the "water beadage," and then I snapped a few today in the sun.

For the wheel haters, Bronze Nismo LMGT4s will be on in January '08

Process:
Wash with ONR
Clay with ClayMagic
Optimum Compound where needed via an orange pad
Optimum Polish via a white pad
Meguiar's #21 via a red pad

(Exhaust is a little dirty again after driving around)

The orbital buffer doesn't damage the nismo letter decals on your hood?

Very nice! Love the way the metal flake is magnified in the water droplets, looks like drops of gold. What do you use on your tires?

Excellent detail work and documentation! The shots in the garage really set the paint off in my opinion. Thank you for sharing those pics.

Nope...I usually get a little polish residue around them but it wipes off.

I use something called Number One Dressing that I buy locally. I don't know if it's available other places or not.

Thanks. I love the M21, but then again I haven't used it up yet so I don't have anything to compare it to. I'm happy with it though.
