Onr?
Hey guys im bout to order some ONR so i can wash this remainder of the winter in the garage. When you mix it in your bucket do you try to make suds like reg. carwash soap or do you just stir it till its mixed in then use it like plain water? Sorry for the newb post but i have yet to use it or see it used just see it get praised alot. thanks.
it doesn't suds up like normal wash, its very watery and you only add a very small amount. I like to mix it with warm water to keep my hands nice and toasty while washing in the garage
ok so i just put 2 gallons or however it says to mix it then just kinda stir it so it mixes well then just wash panel by panel drying immediatly? How much do i need on my mit do i need it dripping or should i ring it out to where it wont get water anywhere but where i wipe? thanks sorry again for being newbish thanks for the response though.

Basically my steps are:
Fill sprayer with water and 1 oz ONR solution
Presoak entire car with sprayer
Fill 2 gallon bucket with water and 2 oz ONR
Fill 5 gallon bucket
Get 2 wash mitts(sheepskin preferably)
Soak mitts in ONR solution, remove and allow mitt to drain so it doesn't drip excessively
Starting with the top of the car, begin washing 1 panel at a time
-I like to wash 1-2 panels at a time with 1 mitt, toss it in the rinse bucket, pick up the second, go over the previously washed panels, then move on to an additional 1-2 adjacent panels.
Dry first 1-2 panels
Wring out mitts and put back into ONR solution
Repeat process moving panel by panel.
Each panel gets 2 wipedowns before drying to ensure the towels stay clean, if they become dirty during the drying process, then you didn't remove the dirt with the ONR. This may not be a problem, but to me its just an extra step that helps ensure no marring occurs.
This is what one of the best stuff ever made. Even on black, it doesn't swirl or marr up the paint AT ALL. Simply amazing stuff. Gets expensive though because you will be addicted to the stuff.
just ordered the gallon one lole it was 33 bucks. The 32 ounce one was 15.99 so i figured as much as yall praise it i might as well go big
. cant wait to try it out this weekend if it gets here.

Just started using ONR this winter and was VERY nervous at first.
I've been very impressed with the results. No marring and my car can finally be clean in the cold! I'm very careful witht he application, though. Two bucket method and lots of water.

i just used ONR for the first time since getting it last night worked great. I only used one bucket the car was pretty dirty so i would wash one panel dry and go in the house and rinse the mit with the sink till i got all the lose particles out then repeat. Took a little while bud i dont have a grit guard and didnt wanna chance it. Looks and worked great though cant wait to use it again next week
