Sorry for the confusion.

No worries. Thanks for clarifying.

Your comparrison as well as your opinion is purely subjective, I am also am a member of Autopia and several other detailing forums and there are plenty of pros who use Zaino, being a member yourself I'm supprised you made that false statement. Also its no secret that most pros use bulk commercial products to cut cost and increase profits, its the consumers that love thier cars who spend the money on quality products. I'm not here to get into a pissing match with you, I dont even know you but lets be a little more responsible with our statements.

Secondly, I know Zaino is neither a wax or polish. It's a sealant, as is Klasse. A sealant doesn't need to be layered. It's a waste. Two coats of sealant should be applied, no more; no less. If you prefer protection over depth, then and only then do you layer it.

Staying on the Zaino subject, I'll have to find the website somewhere in my old autopia.org files, but there was a comparison between Klasse, and Zaino (and a few others, I can't remember off the top of my head). Klasse beat Zaino hands down. It was cheaper, less effort, and better results. MUCH better gloss, depth, and protection. I'm not making this up.

My shop used Zaino years ago. We stopped using it. For one, our customers didn't like the results. For two, Zaino provided protection for a week, after that.. its useless. Layering Zaino will extend your protection, but lessen your depth. You'll never find a reputable professional detailing shop using Zaino. Never. Zaino is a consumer product, not a professional product. Will Zaino give a decent shine?.. absolutely. However, there are better products out there that will provide far superior gloss, depth, and protection over Zaino. For less money, and effort I should add.

I don't want to come across arrogant, because I am not - but being this field is my life, and my profession, I have a slight amount of knowledge about this

People have to make their own decision. I am not here to tell people what to buy, and what not to buy. Of course people will purchase what they feel is a quality product. And that's fine, I don't expect anything less. However, I must disagree with your statement. I don't feel my opinion is subjective whatsoever. Yes, there are plenty of people that use Zaino. If they like it, all the power to them. If they like the fact that they need to spend 2+ days for a sub par shine, all the power to them. As for pros, no seasoned pro would EVER use Zaino. Zaino is strictly a consumer product, and the results don't even compare to professional products. Zaino is a consumer product, and that's just a fact. It's like myself being a doctor, and prescribing Advil to a patient. As I've said, I used Zaino.. and had to stop using it because my eyes were so used to professional products over the years, that Zaino simply couldn't handle it's own.

As for pros "cutting costs".. now THAT statement is subjective. Are there some professionals out there that cut costs?.. absolutely! But, there are also pros out there that don't mind spending whatever it takes, to provide a customer with depth, gloss, and protection, that no consumer product can provide.

I am not going to get into a pissing match with you either. However, if your going to respsond back to my comments, then please at least do some research before doing so.
