Default Good Protectant for Interior

I need a good protector for my interior plastic parts like the dashboard. Nothing like armorall but something that makes it a little wet looking.

303 will give you the wetter look out of products I like.

303 Protectant

I just applied the Chemical Guy's Natural Shine and was really pleased with the look and feel that it left. I really should get off my lazy bum and go buy a new digi for you guys.

I suggest Migliore: Brilliant Trim Protectant. It provides a dark matte shine, nothing dripping wet.

One thing I like about 303 is it seems to repel dust for a few weeks after application. I don't like it on the leather though. I kow it's says it's for leather.

is there a little less glossy than 303? I tried it on the dash and it a bit shinier than expected.

I'm not aware of something more matte then 303, but I'd be interested to know if there is. Sometimes it looks overly glossy if you use too much. I typically spray about 1 - 2 mists on a microfiber towel and that is plenty to cover the whole dash and much of the console area. They may do the trick for you.

The smell issue may be individual sensitivity. Some people have stated they get little if any odor from 303 while others have stated they dislike it. Poorboy products tend to have the best scents in their products. Sometimes while applying Natty's Blue Paste Wax I have to resist the urge to see if it tastes as good as it smells.

Check out Poorboys Natural Look, it is water based and tends to give a good shine without the worries of sling.

The 303 Aerospace Protectant is not a cleaner. The 303 Cleaner and Spot Remover is their cleaner that is designed primarily for vinyl and fabrics. It's an excellent cleaner that I use all over the interior. It also is available in the concentrated form with the 303 Fabric and Vinyl Cleaner. You can dilute this bottle down 10:1 with water for an excellent value.

I have heard from a few people that if you leave a bottle of the 303 Aerospace Protectant in very cold temperatures it can make the product smell bad. I've never heard of this problem if you leave the product in normal temperatures.

DP interior prot and cleaner is very nice as well. Very matte looking though, but can even be used on the doors without blotching them up.....

Wow, there's a number of suggestions made by everyone, so I'll add mine into the mix.

Greg, I've been using the full range of Turbo Wax products coming up a year and a half, Turbo Wax LVR is brilliant for interior & exterior plastics, (window rubber), and leather. It's not excessively shiny like a lot of products, but you can build it up if you so choose. It's good enough against really tough competition at the last few shows my Z has been entered in, that the judges made special comment on the interior surfaces, all culminating in a few extra trophies. The fragrance is pretty subtle, but gives off a kind of new car smell to my nose. Give it a try and see what you think.
