Thumbs down God Damn CG Order Website

I live in Richmond, B.C. Canada and I am very interested in ordering CG. I go to that stupid website and place my order. Then, it asks me to sign up an account and I did it. It then send me a e-mail with all the field with blank detail. I logon again, and it says my e-mail is invaild. I then repeat the ordering process for 3 times and same things happen. This stupid site waste me 1 hour. I cannot even check out even I want to spend money on CG.

Forget it! I go with the zainos.

To: CG Vendor

Please do create a better site for ordering. The website is just confusing.

Default It's your birthday!

The universe did you a favor today.

My main problem with the CG website is that statement that says "all sales are final". If you contact them to tell them you think their product is crap and you want your money back, you are out of luck. They have your money and don't care at all about customer satisfaction.

CG

I recommend Zaino, but mostly recommend any product over Crystal Guard.

But if you really want some CG, I have about 3/4 of a small bottle of Crystal Guard Quick and a barely used bottle of CG wash that I would be happy to sell you!

My experience with Crystal Guard

Default A stroke of luck indeed!

Congrats, dwkf! You really did get lucky.

Zaino is hardly "settling". I, like bhobson333, have tried both products. The problem I had with CG (after three layers) was a "cracking" look to my finish. It only showed in direct sunlight but my car looked like cracked glass in the sun. I didn't get much help from the CG people - one of their reps just told me not to apply it in the sun. Well, I hadn't - the poor look of the finish was just evident in the sun. Guess it doesn't pay to "scan" instead of "read".

I switched over to Zaino and have no regrets at all! The depth of the shine still amazes me ... 14 layers later.

Your disappointment and frustration ended early! Be thankful ... not angry.

We are aware of the problem with the on-line store. Due to increased traffic we have to install a new server. Also, it seems that orders outside the US seem to be an issue with the store. We are working to correct this. High volume of traffic has made it tough on getting a good experience with the store. Our fault...

Anyways, if you're happy with Zaino than stick with it....All we ask is to try CG. Everyone has there own opinions.
