Bonz!
That's fine as long as you are using the ZFX added to your Z-2 or Z-5. You may want to wait a little bit longer if you are not using it. For example, you'd need to let it cure on the paint 12-24 hours depending on the temp and humidity per layer without the ZFX. With ZFX you can do a layer and take it off roughly an hour later. Zaino doesn't recommend any more than 3 a day however.
P.S. How's your back holding up?

1 to 2 coats a day? 3 coats a day? I dont want to be rude but man what kinda of time do you have to do this. You guys really have the time to do that many coats a day. Does it take up your whole weekend. I wax my car and Im there for 3 hours including wash. I dont wax my car but once a month because of the time. I admire your dedication though if you can spend that much time. I would rather be driving the Z. Especially you Bonz with the SC and the Borla to play with.
Twice a day really wouldn't be that hard for me.
Zaino on @ 945 when car is in garage.
With ZFX
Go to bed.
Wake up @ 8 and remove it.
That's what I usually do.
I could do the other coat @ 12 noon. With ZFX
I get out of class @ 11 so I could come home eat lunch, Zaino car and nap for an hour. (Which I usually do)
And remove the wax @ 430 or so. It dries really fast here, 98 degrees today.
So I could do two a day, I guess.
I'll stick to one though.
Zaino'ing is how I bond with my car. It's my way of paying it back for all the fun it's given me.

I really do not apply the Zaino polish very often, probably one whole coat in 6 months, I just use the Z-6 a couple times a week and my black car and truck is ready to go, wash with Z-7 of course when it needs it. Z-6 is the key, more people talk about the Z-2 and the Z-5, but for us old time Zaino users (since 1997 for me) I have discovered that Z-6 is the best time saver ever....

Good point Kevin. I get so wrapped up in the Z-2/Z-5 layers (41 to date) that I forget how well the Z-6 shines!
For example I picked up my car from Maryland (300 miles one way) after getting the Procharger installed. It was kind of dirty from the ride and I wanted to clean it up but I didn't want to waste too much time doing it since those 350 new rear wheel ponies were calling me!
I washed with Z-7, dried, and misted with Z-6. The car looked as good as when I apply the Z-2 or Z-5 but in only about an hour total.

Z5 = Polish (to remove scratches & swirl marks)
Z6 = Spray on Quick Polish
Z7 = Car Wash
ZFX = hardening component for Z2 or Z5 so you don't have to wait to apply multiple coats. As the doctor stated, "no more than 3 a day though" but you can apply the Z6 between each coat.
Did I forget anything DrBonz?
